Terms and Conditions for Website Design and Development, word "You" refers registered client or customer or lead to Green Line Technologies

Template / Layout
  1. Project lead will communicate to you and submit choice of template understanding your need and chosen package.
  2. We will offer up to 3 Template or layout to choose.
  3. You / project lead can choose the layout (you always preferred to choose)
  4. Update or alter template as per your need or theme
  5. Once layout is finalized by you / project lead, template or layout cannot be changed / updated / altered.
  6. You can also provide your own choice of template (sometime you has to bear the template licensing cost / can be provided free. Template licensing can be free when you choose from our partner network.)
Data incorporation
  1. As we have unlimited pages in both package, we can handle content that you provides.
  2. Once full content is provided project commence and will be completed on due date entered in contract. Normally we need up to 4 working days to complete content incorporation upon successful approval of design / layout.
  3. No additional design are provided, always we use one page design from approved template / layout to all additional pages.
  4. Demo / pre launch period will be given to you and you will be provided with sufficient time to learn and understand your website to come out with correction / alteration in content / menu list or segregation / location or position of content and images related to content.
  5. No other design / design components / layout cannot be altered as template / layout is already approved by client / project lead.
  6. Project lead will take your input and complete the website with request correction / alteration.
  7. Final demo of website will be given to you, upon formal approval website will be published after internal Quality Check.
  8. Publish of website may require up to 2 working days.
Free Content Update
  1. 12 request are allowed per year, Max two request per month, totaling 3 working hour
  2. No change in design / layout / template
  3. We will not add extra design components / remove existing design or its components.
Hosting
  1. As we have our own co-location in singapore we always provide hosting to our website design and all services to protect code and ensure website security
  2. IT - Head can be approached for change to client's hosting and changing to client hosting under T&C.
  3. Upon request server configuration can be provided to client.
